Terms and Conditions

At REVEL around the World, LLC (referred to as “REVEL,” “we,” “us,” “our”), we believe that travel strengthens relationships. Whether you’re seeking a couple’s retreat, honeymoon, family trip, or group travel to connect with others, we view travel as transformative for relationships. We meticulously plan your travels with attention to every detail, tailored to your specific needs. We are excited to serve our clients (referred to as “traveler,” “you”) and offer the personalized touch that comes from working with an expert.

CONTRACT:  Below are the Terms and Conditions of travel. These Terms and Conditions, along with all brochures, documents, correspondence, and the terms and conditions of our suppliers, form the basis of our contract with you. Before booking with us, you must read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Please address any questions you have with us prior to booking. Note that these terms include waivers of liability, a waiver of class action, venue selection, and notice clauses. By asking us to confirm your booking, you accept all the Terms and Conditions outlined below and acknowledge that you have read and agree with them.

If you are booking as a group, the group leader is responsible for sharing these Terms and Conditions with all members of the group and is financially responsible for the booking. We are not liable for the group leader’s failure to share these Terms and Conditions with all group members.

You represent and warrant that (a) you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations, (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) the information provided by you or your group members is true and correct.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:  Your involvement is crucial to the success of our Services. Effective communication, especially at the start, is essential for crafting the best travel experience for you.

It is important for you to clearly communicate your budget. We will strive to work within your budget and fulfill your preferences while providing realistic options. Although we aim to be flexible and customize your travel experience, we work most effectively when we have ample time to plan. Early planning often results in more choices and better rates. Please note that any emergency changes do not constitute an emergency on our end. You agree to cover any third-party fees or rush fees that arise due to changes in your plans.

Travel documentation, including passports, visas, and inoculation certificates, is the traveler’s responsibility. Ensure you have the necessary immunizations and vaccinations before traveling—consult your healthcare provider for guidance. Travelers not meeting requirements may be denied boarding. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the planned return date. Each country has different regulations regarding past criminal offenses. If you have a past or current offense, check entry and exit requirements with the respective country. Particularly, Mexico and Canada have stringent rules about past offenses. For more information, visit the U.S. Department of State’s website: travel.state.gov.

Travel to certain destinations may carry higher risks. Stay informed daily about current news and review travel prohibitions, warnings, and advisories issued by the U.S. Government before booking international travel. Check conditions and risk levels for various countries at http://www.state.gov and http://www.cdc.gov. Consult government websites to meet entry requirements, including COVID-19 regulations, and understand local laws, such as medical tests and tracking. If you travel to a country with a travel warning or advisory, we are not liable for any resulting damages or losses.

Bookings may not include airfare, and you should not make any air reservations until you receive confirmation of your booking. Your contract for airfare is with the carrier and subject to its terms. We will not be liable for any change fees, cancellation fees, or other additional costs incurred with the air carrier.

It is highly recommended to check in at least two (2) hours before departure for domestic flights and three (3) hours for international flights. Reconfirm flight times 24-72 hours before departure. Check-in times may change without notice. Stay updated on any changes in conditions or airport rules that may require earlier arrival. This information can be found by entering your confirmation number on the airline’s website. REVEL is not responsible for any changes to air schedules. Some countries require cash payment for departure taxes.

DURATION:  This Agreement begins on the date you make a payment to us or when you make a booking through us, whichever comes first, and will remain in effect for the entire period during which we provide travel services to you. Either party may terminate this agreement with three months’ written notice.

VIOLATIONS BY YOU:  You agree that any breach of these terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) the forfeiture of any payments made for your reservation or purchase, and (c) your denial of access to the relevant travel product or service.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  REVEL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes via the email address provided at booking. The updated terms will apply to your booking. Therefore, you must be familiar with the terms in effect at the time of your booking. Continued use of our services or maintenance of bookings after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

COVID 19 RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By booking a tour at this time, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk for yourself and any minors traveling with you that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death, even if such outcomes were not foreseeable at the time of booking. You recognize that exposure to such viruses or diseases is an inherent risk of traveling, which cannot be controlled or eliminated by REVEL.

You understand that, due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your tour may be postponed or canceled, or itineraries may change due to site or activity closures, for which there may be no refund. Quarantine upon arrival at some locations may be required, and some destinations may mandate vaccination or proof of negative testing. Requirements for stopover countries will also apply. Upon returning home, additional testing, requirements, or documentation may be necessary. You are responsible for understanding these requirements and should not rely on REVEL to provide these details. You acknowledge that you may become sick before, during, or after the tour and may be unable to travel, with such cancellation or interruption being subject to our cancellation terms below, for which we will not be liable.

Given the uncertainty caused by COVID-19, REVEL strongly recommends purchasing travel protection coverage, including “cancel for any reason” coverage if available. Should you fail to obtain travel protection coverage, REVEL will not be liable for any resulting losses. Additionally, REVEL is not liable if your chosen travel protection fails to cover COVID-19-related injuries.

For yourself, any minors traveling with you, and on behalf of your and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin (“The Releasors”), you hereby release and hold harmless REVEL, its members, officers, agents, employees, and suppliers (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, damages, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related in any way, in whole or in part, to any postponement, cancellation, changes, injury, disability, death, or any other loss due to exposure, infection, spread, closure, and travel restrictions related to COVID-19, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The terms of this hold harmless and release of all liability paragraph shall survive any termination or cancellation of this contract, whether by operation of law or otherwise.

SCOPE/AGENCY:  REVEL does not provide, own, or control the travel services and products included in your trip, such as flights, accommodations, rental cars, packages, or travel insurance (the “Travel Products”). These Travel Products are owned, controlled, or offered by vetted third parties (the “Suppliers”) like airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The Suppliers are responsible for the Travel Products, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your booking, so you must agree to and understand those terms. Your interaction with any Supplier is at your own risk; REVEL is not responsible if anything goes wrong with your booking or during your travel. As the traveler, you agree that REVEL acts solely as an agent for you in obtaining transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other services, and REVEL shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission, or irregularity that may occur, whether due to any act, negligence, or default of any company or person involved in carrying out the arrangements or otherwise connected with them.

BOOKING/PAYMENT:  To get started, please fill out the traveler profile form found on our website, Travel Profile.  You will provide information about yourself and your travel preferences and submit the form. We will arrange a consultation to discuss your next trip. If you decide that REVEL is the right fit for planning your dream trip, you will pay our planning fee and enter into a client agreement with us. Travel planning requires time and effort, and our planning fee reflects the value of the time and expertise we bring. This fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your trip or decide not to book. If you cancel and rebook, a new planning fee will be required.

Travel planning fee structure (unless otherwise agreed to):

  • Trips of 1 to 5 days: $250
  • Trips of 6 to 10 days: $350
  • Trips of 11 or more days: $450

After receiving the planning fee, we will start planning a trip tailored specifically to you. We will present you with a custom itinerary and work with you to make any necessary changes. Once you accept the itinerary, we will inform you of any deposits due and book your travel.

After booking, you will receive your final itinerary along with an invoice and important travel information. This invoice is subject to change until you receive confirmation that your travel is booked. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Supplier’s terms and conditions. Any requested changes after the final itinerary is issued will incur a fee of $50 per change plus any charges from our suppliers.

Bookings may not include airfare, and you should not make any air reservations until you receive confirmation of your booking. Your contract for airfare is with the carrier and subject to its terms. We will not be liable for any change fees, cancellation fees, or other additional costs incurred with the air carrier.

Upon booking, we will provide payment instructions and due dates. You must make all payments in full and on time. If you book within 60 days of the departure date, full payment will be due at the time of booking confirmation. If full payment is not received by the due date on your invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your travel and apply the cancellation charges outlined in the cancellation section below. Failure to make a payment may result in the cancellation of your travel, which will be considered a cancellation by you and subject to the applicable cancellation terms and fees.

Please review all documents carefully and promptly. It is your responsibility to review all travel documentation and alert us as soon as possible with any corrections. We will not be responsible for any errors.

TRAVELER INFORMATION:  While we do not always assist with airfare, please ensure that the names provided for reservations match those on travelers’ passports. Middle names are not required on airline tickets. The date of birth and complete passport details are necessary. Any minor name corrections requested after airline tickets have been issued will incur fees. Not all name corrections are permitted by airlines and may require purchasing a new ticket. Travelers assume full and sole responsibility for any risks or costs arising from failure to report any errors or omissions in documentation.

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS:  While we accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, travelers must provide click authorization for each transaction for your trip. This authorization signifies your agreement for us to charge your card and your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the cancellation terms. Therefore, you agree not to make any improper chargebacks.

In certain cases, you can dispute charges with credit card companies (“chargebacks”). Before initiating a chargeback, we request that you first contact us to discuss any questions or concerns about our charges. We will work with you to try to resolve your concerns. By using our service to make a reservation, you accept and agree to our cancellation policy. REVEL retains the right to dispute any improper chargeback and recover any related costs, including attorney’s fees. Additionally, in the event of an improper chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel any related travel reservations. The following chargeback scenarios are considered improper, and we retain the right to investigate and rebut any such claims:

  • Chargebacks resulting from non-cancellable reservations, whether or not the reservation is used.
  • Chargebacks resulting from charges authorized by family, friends, associates, or other third parties with direct access to your credit card, excluding credit card fraud.
  • Chargebacks arising from inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the supplier’s product description.
  • Chargebacks resulting from force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of REVEL or the Supplier.
  • Chargebacks resulting because you do not agree with the cancellation policy.

PRICE AND RATE CHANGES:  The price of your itinerary is based on the known costs at the time the itinerary is issued. While all advertised prices are accurate at the date of publication, we reserve the right to change these prices periodically. Prices include estimated costs for fuel and local taxes as of the publication date. At the time of booking confirmation, we will provide you with an invoice reflecting the current price and specific inclusions.

We may add a supplement to your travel prices if our costs increase before we receive your final payment. Any price increase will be due to changes in our costs, such as transportation charges (fuel, airport fees, scheduled airfares, and other transport charges included in our contract with the transport provider), local dues or taxes, currency fluctuations, government actions, airline surcharges, taxes, or fees for services. If our costs rise, we reserve the right to adjust your travel price and will issue a new invoice reflecting these changes. Once final payment is made, your price is fixed.

We also reserve the right to make changes and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your travel is confirmed. We will inform you of any errors we are aware of and the applicable price at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION:  To cancel your travel, you must do so in writing, and the cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notification. Our planning fee is always non-refundable. REVEL incurs costs with your trip’s suppliers well in advance of your departure date, and each supplier has its own cancellation policies that apply to your booking. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will contact the suppliers for any applicable refunds according to their terms and conditions. If you are entitled to a refund, please note that the supplier, not REVEL, is responsible for issuing it. Suppliers may choose to offer a travel voucher or credit instead of a refund. We are not responsible for a supplier’s failure to provide a refund or for their bankruptcy or insolvency.

If your reason for cancellation is covered by your travel protection plan, you may be able to reclaim these charges, which is why we strongly encourage purchasing travel protection, including additional “cancel for any reason” coverage.

Airline tickets are subject to the air carriers’ terms, and we are not responsible for any decisions made by the air carrier regarding refunds.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY THE SUPPLIER:  We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if a supplier needs to make a significant change to your confirmed booking or cancel it. We will also act as a liaison between you and the supplier regarding any alternative arrangements they offer, but we will not have any further liability to you.

If circumstances require changes between the planning time and/or during actual travel, REVEL and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or modify any itinerary and substitute components of any tour. This includes substituting hotels and accommodations of comparable quality, if necessary, due to changes in air schedules, surface transportation, security issues, or other events. Suppliers may also substitute transportation equipment based on various factors, such as the number of passengers on a tour. During local or national holidays, special events, peak seasons, certain days of the week, or religious occasions, some facilities like museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or unavailable. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

REVEL cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes, or curtailments for any reason. These changes will not be considered material and will not be grounds for cancellation by the traveler. Normal cancellation penalties will still apply to the modified tour.

NO REFUND FOR UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS:  Since REVEL’s prices are based on contract rates, no refunds will be issued for any unused portions of a travel booking. If you cancel while your trip is ongoing, there will be no refund for the unused portion.

FORCE MAJEURE:  REVEL assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation, in whole or in part, resulting from an Act of God or other force majeure conditions. This includes, but is not limited to: fire, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, environmental pollution or contamination, severe weather, earthquakes, extreme water levels, floods, water or power shortages, tropical storms, riots, civil disturbances, sabotage, strikes or labor disruptions, political unrest, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, epidemics, pandemics, or any government actions such as seizures or cancellations.

In cases of force majeure, we are not obligated to refund any money, although if we can recover any funds from our suppliers, we will refund those to you. Please note that our planning fee is always non-refundable.

NON-OPERATION OF GROUP TOURS:  All group tours are contingent upon a minimum number of participants. REVEL strives to ensure that tours meet these minimum requirements. However, if the number of participants falls below this minimum, REVEL may cancel the tour at its sole discretion. In such cases, guests will be notified at least 45 days before departure. REVEL reserves the right to change the departure date and may offer alternative tour dates or travel arrangements. You may choose to accept these alternatives or cancel your booking, in which case a full refund will be provided. Any air cancellations will be governed by the carrier’s terms, and REVEL will not be liable for any refusal by the carrier to issue a refund. Additionally, REVEL will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred outside the tour price, such as visa and passport fees, travel insurance, or other purchases made in anticipation of the tour.

TRAVEL PROTECTION.  It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchases, which is why Travel Protection Coverage, including additional “cancel for any reason” coverage, is strongly recommended. This plan should cover Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Medical Expenses, Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, and Baggage. Travel protection plans can help mitigate the risk of losing non-refundable deposits and payments due to cancellation or trip interruption (caused by covered reasons such as injury or illness before or during the trip). It also provides reimbursement for medical emergencies (including expensive medical evacuations), missed connections, and lost baggage. Travel Protection Plans, including “cancel for any reason” coverage, should be purchased shortly after booking your travel.

REVEL is not qualified to answer detailed questions about the benefits, exclusions, and conditions of travel insurance plans. We cannot assess the adequacy of your existing insurance coverage. For questions about your travel protection, please contact your insurer, insurance agent, or broker.

Some countries require foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance upon entry. REVEL cannot be held responsible for denied entry if a traveler fails to provide insurance details or is denied entry for any reason. Choosing not to purchase adequate travel protection could result in losing your travel costs and/or requiring additional funds to address the situation. Without this coverage, there may be no way to recover any losses, costs, or expenses incurred. If you travel without sufficient coverage, we will not be liable for any losses for which travel protection coverage would have been available.

DESTINATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION:  Travel to certain destinations may carry more risk than others. REVEL advises travelers to stay updated with current news and to review any travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories from the United States Government before booking international travel. Information on country conditions and travel risk levels can be found at state.gov and cdc.gov. Additionally, travelers should check government websites for entry requirements, including COVID-19 protocols, and understand local laws that affect travel within the country, such as medical tests and tracking. REVEL will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred from traveling to destinations with travel warnings or advisories.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and carry a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required by government regulations. For current requirements, U.S. citizens should visit travel.state.gov. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recommend carrying at least two forms of acceptable identification, detailed at tsa.gov. REVEL also recommends checking that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your entry date, as some countries may deny entry otherwise. Non-U.S. citizens may need additional documentation, and children and infants require all necessary travel documents. Minors traveling with only one parent or without both parents may be stopped unless proper consent forms are provided.

Different countries may have varying views on past criminal offenses. If you have a current or past offense, check with the destination country regarding entry and exit requirements, as it is not appropriate for our staff to make such inquiries. It is the traveler’s responsibility to make these inquiries and fulfill any travel requirements.

Inoculation and vaccination recommendations can change, so consult your healthcare provider for current advice before departure. It is your responsibility to meet all health entry requirements, obtain recommended vaccinations, take prescribed medications, and follow medical advice related to your trip. Inoculation requirements are available on the CDC website at cdc.gov.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or delays at airport security, potentially causing you to miss flights and other travel bookings. REVEL is not responsible for advising or obtaining required travel documentation for you or for any delays, damages, or losses related to improper documentation or government entry decisions.

DATA PROTECTION:  You agree that we can handle your personal information and that of your group members. This includes sharing it with third parties (such as airlines, local accommodations, or service providers) when needed to organize and deliver your holiday. All personal information is managed according to our Data Privacy Policy.

INSECTICIDE NOTICE:  Travelers are advised to review the list of countries that mandate airlines to apply insecticides in the passenger cabin before or during the flight, as provided on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s website. This list is periodically updated and can be found at: dot.gov.

NON-RESPONSIBILITY:  REVEL, along with its employees, shareholders, agents, and representatives, relies on third-party suppliers to provide tours, transportation, sightseeing, lodging, and other related services. REVEL operates as an independent contractor and is not affiliated with or employed by any of these suppliers. It does not own, manage, operate, or control any of the transportation services, vehicles, airplanes, hotels, restaurants, or other entities involved in the tour. All suppliers are independent contractors and are not considered agents or employees of REVEL.

All tickets, receipts, coupons, and vouchers are issued under the terms and conditions set by each supplier. By accepting or using these tickets, coupons, or vouchers, travelers agree that REVEL, along with its employees, agents, and representatives, is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to travelers or their belongings, whether resulting directly or indirectly from any situation beyond REVEL’s control.

REVEL does not take responsibility for delays, schedule changes, loss, injury, damage, or loss of personal property caused by third parties. It also disclaims any obligations under these terms in the event of circumstances such as strikes, labor disputes, acts of God, government actions, fire, war, terrorism, insurrection, riots, theft, epidemics, pandemics, illness, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, delays, or cancellations. Additionally, REVEL is not responsible for lost or stolen items and reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler at its discretion.

REVEL expressly denies any liability for the use, reliability, or specific features of this Site, or for the Content or its interpretation. Visitors who use or make decisions based on information from this Site do so at their own risk. By using this Site, visitors agree to hold us and our subsidiaries or affiliated companies harmless from any claims for damages arising from decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided. Although we strive to offer accurate and timely information, this Site may contain inadvertent technical inaccuracies, factual errors, or typographical mistakes. We do not guarantee that the information available on this Site is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, FILE DELETION, ERRORS, DEFECTS, OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION DELAYS, OR ANY PERFORMANCE FAILURES CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURES, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS (US $10.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Suppliers whose travel or other services are featured on this Site are independent contractors, not agents or employees of REVEL. We are not liable for their actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence, nor for any resulting personal injuries, deaths, property damage, or other expenses. REVEL is not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, force majeure events, or other causes beyond our control. We also take no responsibility for additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting, or actions of any government or authority. Offering travel to specific international destinations does not imply that such travel is without risk.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER:  The traveler acknowledges that traveling to certain areas, especially remote locations, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, potential injury or death from vehicle accidents, animal encounters, roadway hazards, slips and falls, criminal or terrorist activities, government actions, consumption of alcohol, contaminated food or water, exposure to environmental elements (heat, cold, sun, water, wind), negligence (whether personal or by others such as tour guides or REVEL staff), insect or animal attacks, accidents or illnesses in remote areas without medical services, fatigue, overheating, or dizziness, unanticipated medical conditions, inadequate training or negligence of third-party providers, lack of rapid evacuation options, and the quality of medical attention received.

The traveler understands that this list of risks is not exhaustive and that unknown risks may also lead to injury, illness, or death. Accepting these risks is a fundamental part of the travel experience, including the risk of infection, illness, or death. The traveler willingly accepts full responsibility for any risks associated with the trip, including those related to illness, injury, or death, and agrees to hold REVEL, its owners, members, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as REVEL) harmless from any claims, including those based on third-party or REVEL’s negligence. The traveler agrees not to pursue legal action against REVEL and acknowledges that this agreement also applies to their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. This waiver of liability remains in effect even if the contract is terminated or canceled.

INDEMNIFICATION:  Travelers are required to follow all behavior guidelines set by REVEL and our local partners. Local suppliers have the authority to remove you from the trip if your actions endanger yourself, others, or cause disruptions. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Travelers agree to indemnify and hold harmless REVEL around the World, LLC., along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively “REVEL”), from any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to any claims, lawsuits, arbitrations, or other legal actions arising from: (i) the traveler’s breach or potential breach of this Agreement, or (ii) any damage caused by the traveler during the trip.

BAGGAGE FEES:  Given the frequent changes in airline baggage policies, it is recommended that you check your airline’s website for the most current fees and details. REVEL is not responsible for any additional charges related to baggage or seating.

RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHT:  REVEL recommends that you personally reconfirm your flight schedule with the airline within 24 hours before departure to account for any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines offer online check-in 24 hours before your flight.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS/PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES:  It’s important to inform us before booking if you have any disabilities or pre-existing medical conditions that may impact your tour, or if you have specific requirements due to such conditions (including those affecting the booking process). This will help us find the best vacation options for you and your family. While REVEL will pass on your requests to the Suppliers, we cannot guarantee ADA compliance. Any accommodations will be at the traveler’s own expense. Note that facilities outside the USA may not meet ADA standards and might not be wheelchair accessible.

Suppliers typically cannot provide additional assistance to travelers with limited mobility, so such help must come from a companion. Travelers with disabilities should notify REVEL at the time of booking and identify their non-discounted, paid travel companion responsible for providing necessary assistance. We may also request a letter from your doctor confirming your fitness to travel.

GOVERNING LAW/SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION/ CLASS ACTION WAIVER/ DAMAGES/NOTICE OF CLAIM:  This Agreement, including all attachments, and the parties’ rights under it, will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict or choice of law principles. Any legal claims must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Sumter County, Florida. You agree to pursue claims against REVEL only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class action or representative lawsuit. REVEL will not be liable for anything beyond compensatory damages, and by paying a deposit or fee, you accept these terms and waive any right to punitive damages. You also understand and agree that no claims will be considered unless you first provide a typewritten notice of claim to REVEL within 30 days following the trip or its cancellation.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY:  This agreement, along with the terms and conditions of our suppliers and any additional documents or invoices provided to you, represents the complete and exclusive agreement between us. It replaces all previous or simultaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, verbal, or written, regarding REVEL. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be considered severable and will not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
