The newly revived Crystal Cruises, reintroduced to the luxury cruise market in 2022, has quickly reestablished itself as a premier choice for discerning travelers. After its acquisition by Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group, Crystal embarked on a fresh journey, aiming to blend its renowned heritage with modern innovations. The revival included the refurbishment of its iconic ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, both of which were updated to deliver an enhanced and more personalized guest experience. With larger suites, refreshed public spaces, and state-of-the-art amenities, the revitalized Crystal has crafted an environment that combines timeless elegance with contemporary luxury.

Today, Crystal operates across the globe, offering a wide range of itineraries that include destinations in the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and Antarctica. With a focus on immersive travel, the cruise line offers exclusive excursions and cultural experiences tailored to each location. Unlike many other luxury lines, Crystal also emphasizes longer stays in port and overnights, giving guests more time to connect with destinations. Inclusions

• Includes ocean transportation, Destination Fees, accommodations on board plus nonalcoholic beverages, select wines and liquors, and gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff.

• Fees or charges for transfers between the airport and the Ship on the day of embarkation and disembarkation are included for full-fare Guests purchasing Crystal Cruises’ Optional Air Program.

• Crystal restaurants are complimentary, except for The Vintage Room. Beefbar, while complimentary* requires reservations in advance for dinner seating. For specialty restaurants, Umi Uma by Nobu Matsuhisa Restaurant and Sushi Bar and Osteria d’Ovidio, guests will be allotted one complimentary reservation for two people or solo traveler per voyage of up to 11 days (more than one for more extended stays – see below). In addition, guests staying in Crystal Penthouse or Junior Crystal Penthouse Suites can enjoy unlimited free visits.

  • Up to 11 days: One complimentary reservation to each restaurant
  • 12 to 22 days: Two complimentary reservations to each restaurant
  • 23 or more days: Three complimentary reservations to each restaurant

Reservations above the complimentary allotment will be $50 per person.

*Beefbar is open for lunch and dinner, only dinner service requires reservations. Beefbar has an additional elevated menu with premium selections at an additional cost.

• Beverages including select fine wines, champagne, premium spirits, and all nonalcoholic beverages such as bottled water, soft drinks, and specialty coffees.

• At least one complimentary reservation to Osteria d’ Ovidio and one complimentary reservation to Umi Uma.

• Butler service is offered for all categories. Services offered will be determined by suite category.

• Wi-Fi/Internet access in-room and throughout the ship, signal permitting.

• Dry cleaning will be included in select suite categories and detailed on your itinerary.

• An expansive, complimentary in-suite dining menu will be available. Select suite categories will also be able to order from specialty dining venues via their butler.

Exclusions

• Cruise Fare does not include shore excursions, sightseeing or meals ashore, taxes, gratuities, visa fees, laundry or valet service, or any item or service whatsoever of a personal nature, such as medical treatment, expenses incurred on board or ashore in connection with medical treatment, medical condition, or medical debark, massage, spa services or hairstyling for which separate charges may be imposed.

• Cruise Fare does not include ancillary cruise taxes and fees. Ancillary cruise taxes and fees may include U.S. Customs fees, head taxes, dockage fees, wharfage fees, inspection fees, pilotage, immigration and naturalization fees, Internal Revenue Service fees, environmental fees, as well as fees associated with navigation, berthing, stevedoring, baggage handling/storage, and security services. Fuel surcharges may be added at any time to defray fuel cost increases, even if the Cruise Fare has been paid in full.

• Cruise Fare does not include miscellaneous charges levied by the air carriers for services, including but not limited to luggage, meals, special seat assignments or any other airline-provided service, which are the Guest’s responsibility. Details regarding such fees are available on the individual airlines’ websites.
