  • 2 oz Rum – Bacardi Light
  • 3/4 Fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple syrup
  • Scoop of ice

For the Classic Daiquiri
  • Add rum, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker.  Add ice all the way to the top of the shaker.  Shake.
  • Double strain into glass. Add lime wheel as garnish.
